Lamborghini Sesto Elemento

Finally, after keeping the mystery a month the Italian company unveiled its new supercar concept.

The brand new release is named after the location in the periodic table of the carbon backbone in which it was built. Due to the qualities of this component and the innovative techniques applied to carbon fiber the vehicle is an extremely light (2,202 pounds).

The design was developed in the two research centers in conjunction with Lamborghini and Audi, and companies like Boeing.

According to the dealer the Sesto element will have a strong impact on their future creations and is presented as a reference in regard to the super sport of the future with features such as the use of lightweight materials, extreme performance, the wheel driving and low emissions contaminants.

Lamborghini stresses that the use of light elements such as carbon fiber for the structure, exterior panels and wheels, and ceramic composite exhaust allow not only reduced weight, low power consumption and faster but also give the driver full command of the fireball (condition powered by four-wheel drive).

The streamlined look we see a perfect finish with a spoiler adapted to the diffuser. It also brings an air deflector in the center that ensures more downforce at high speeds. Because the components used allow the front and back are made in one piece, resulting in improved quality.
